Campformation
1. Camp will run during designated times.
Pick up is not later than 10 minutes after end of daily session.
2. All children must be potty trained to attend.
3. Snacks will be provided. Please note allergies on liability release.
4. All children who attend camp must have a parent or legal guardian sign a liability release.
